These terms govern the Reservation Guarantee for bookings made through CatsLuvUs.com and our Laguna Niguel hotel.
Guarantee coverage applies only to bookings paid in full through the platform, for pets meeting our vaccination and health requirements.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident with veterinary documentation. We may request records and interviews.
Pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, escape caused by owner-supplied equipment, and losses outside the booked period are excluded. Coverage is subject to stated limits.
