As a cat parent, you know that felines aren't just "small dogs" — they have unique emotional needs, sensitivities to sound, and a requirement for a calm environment. For over 30 years, Cats Luv Us Boarding Hotel & Grooming has provided a sanctuary designed around cats, and we also offer dog boarding, dog walking and pet sitting. Since 1993, we have served as the gold standard for cat boarding in Orange County, offering a peaceful alternative to traditional kennels and the uncertainty of home sitters.
Located in Laguna Niguel, we've built our reputation on a simple philosophy: Cats aren't just guests here; they rule the roost.
Our Facility
A purpose-built cat hotel in Laguna Niguel — spacious multi-story suites, play pens, outdoor bird-aviary views, and an on-site grooming spa. No metal cages.
Multi-Story Cat Suites
Custom apartments with vertical climbing levels, cozy horizontal nooks, and window perches. We never house cats in metal cages — every boarder gets room to stretch, climb, and watch the world go by.
Play Pens & Outdoor Views
Supervised play time and safe bird-aviary outlooks give curious cats enrichment without the stress of a mixed kennel. The cat suites stay quiet and calm.
On-Site Grooming Spa
Professional cat grooming happens under the same roof. Board through your trip and many guests add a groom before pickup — one less errand when you get home.
Safety & Hygiene First
Absolute safety is non-negotiable. FVRCP vaccines are required for all boarders so every cat shares a disease-free environment. Medications — including insulin — are welcome; our team is trained to follow your vet's schedule. See our Photos and Amenities pages, or book a free tour before the first stay.
Family-Owned, Cat-Focused Professionals
Cats Luv Us has been a family-owned and operated business for over 30 years. Our team is made up of dedicated cat lovers who chose this work because they are passionate about feline care — not a rotating kennel staff that also handles dogs.
Every member of our staff is trained specifically in cat behavior, handling, and health. We understand that cats are unique: each one has its own personality, preferences, and needs. That is why we take the time to get to know every cat who stays with us.
We would love to show you the facility and introduce you to the team. Book a free tour or stop by during business hours — call (949) 582-1732 or visit us at 27601 Forbes Rd #25, Laguna Niguel.
