Every visit starts with a hands-on assessment. We groom in a calm, cats-only environment, use pH-balanced feline products, and stop any groom that becomes unsafe or too stressful.
What vaccinations do you require?⌄
FVRCP vaccines are required for all guests. Bring proof from your veterinarian to your first visit.
How do I book a grooming appointment online?⌄

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?⌄
Full grooms are by appointment; we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead. Quick services accept walk-ins.
How do I get the cost of my cat's grooming appointment?⌄

How long will the grooming service take?⌄
Most full grooms take 1.5–3 hours depending on coat condition and temperament. Quick services usually take under 30 minutes.
Do you kennel-dry cats?⌄
No. Cats are towel- and hand-dried with low-noise dryers only when tolerated — never cage dryers.
Will my cat be kenneled before/after the groom?⌄
Cats wait in private, quiet suites — never near other animals — before pickup.
Can I stay and watch my cat being groomed?⌄
Most cats are calmer when their owner isn't visible, so we recommend dropping off — but our spa has viewing windows if you'd like to watch.
Will my cat be sedated?⌄
Never. We use gentle handling, calm rooms and breaks instead. If a cat is too stressed to groom safely, we'll stop and recommend a plan with your vet.
How much training do cat groomers receive?⌄
Over a year: bathing fundamentals, grooming academy, supervised spa work on 200+ cats, then certification.
How can I be sure the best services are provided?⌄
Every groom ends with a quality check against your service checklist, and we walk you through what was done at pickup.
Do you offer express services?⌄
Yes — express grooms minimize spa time for cats who prefer shorter visits. Ask when booking.
What do you look for during my cat's check-in?⌄
Coat condition, matting, skin health, nails, ears and overall temperament — plus your FVRCP vaccination records on a first visit.
What should I do to prepare my cat for their groom?⌄
Bring your cat in a secure carrier, skip food 2 hours before the visit, and bring vaccination records on your first appointment.
What is the Additional Brushing Fee?⌄
