What we expect

Pet parents and caregivers treat one another with respect, communicate honestly, and put animal welfare first.

Disclosure obligations

Pet parents must disclose bites, escape history, medical conditions and medications. Caregivers must disclose anything affecting their ability to provide care.

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, discrimination, off-platform payment, misrepresenting credentials, and any form of animal mistreatment.

Enforcement

Violations may result in booking cancellation, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
