Tours are free and take about 15–20 minutes. We will walk you through the multi-story suites, play pens, outdoor bird-aviary views, and the on-site grooming spa so you know exactly where your cat will sleep, play, and get photo updates.

What to bring: just yourself — and questions. If you already have vaccine records (FVRCP), bring those and we can start a boarding profile the same day.
