Boarding Questions
What is included in the nightly boarding rate?
Each stay includes a private suite, daily feeding with your cat's own food, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and 24/7 supervision by our feline care specialists.
Do you accept cats that require medication?
Yes! We administer oral medications, eye drops, ear drops, and subcutaneous fluids at no additional charge. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clear instructions.
What vaccinations are required?
All cats must be current on Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required at check-in.
Can I bring my cat's own food and belongings?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your cat's regular food to avoid digestive upset. You're also welcome to bring a favorite toy or blanket to help your cat feel at home.
Grooming Questions
Do I need an appointment for grooming?
Yes, all grooming services require an appointment. You can book online or call us at (949) 582-1732.
How long does a grooming session take?
Most grooming sessions take 2–4 hours depending on your cat's coat type, temperament, and the services requested. We'll give you an estimated pickup time when you drop off.
General Questions
Are you a cat-only facility?
Yes! Cats Luv Us is 100% cat-only. No dogs, no barking, no stress. Your cat will be surrounded only by other cats in a calm, quiet environment.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday–Saturday 8AM–6PM and Sunday 10AM–4PM. Check-in and check-out are available during business hours.
